LANI DHARMASETYA

Starting her career with Gunawan Prijohandojo Utomo (Arthur Andersen) in 1992, Lani moved to Prijohandojo Boentoro & Co and worked there for 8 years before establishing LF Consulting. Lani holds a Bachelor degree majoring in Social Politics from Atma Jaya Catholic University, a Bachelor degree majoring in Law from Tarumanagara University, a Master degree of Accounting Information System from Bina Nusantara University, a Master degree of Law from Atmajaya Catholic University, and Doctoral in Law Majoring in Tax Law from Tarumanagara University. Other profession is as Lecturer (Specializing in Tax) at Atma Jaya Catholic University. As for professional degree, Lani holds a C certification for tax consultant & Tax Court License, and serves as a Head of Research & Development and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Department in Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI).

SILVIA FITRAYANTI

Starting her career with Prijohandojo Boentoro & Co in 1998 prior to establishing LF Consulting, Silvia holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Auckland. As for professional degree, Silvia holds a C certification for tax consultant (BKP) & Tax Court License. She is also a member of Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI).

KWIK ING LAN

Prior to establishing LF Consulting, Ing Lan is actively involved in Institut Bisnis & Informatika Indonesia (IBII) as the Foundation’s Chairperson. Holding a Bachelor degree in Marketing Management from IBII, she is responsible for the Management aspects of the business. As for professional degree, she holds a B certification for Tax Consultant. She is also a member of Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI).

VONNY SULAIMIN

Starting her career in 1997 with Prasetio, Utomo & Co (Arthur Andersen), Vonny moved to Prijohandojo Boentoro & Co and worked there for 7 years before establishing Sulaimin & Rekan, a registered Public Accountants. Vonny holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting from Atma Jaya Catholic University and a Master degree in Accounting from Gadjah Mada University. Vonny is holding CPA (Certified Public Accountant), and CA (Chartered Accountant). She is also a member of Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants (IAPI) and Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants (IAI).

REZON GADING PANE

Starting his career with LF consutling in 2008, Rezon holds a Bachelor of Economic degree from University of Atmajaya. As for professional degree, Rezon holds a C certification for tax consultant (BKP). He is also a member of Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI). Depok and also has Tax Attorney License (from Tax Court).

TAX SERVICES

a. General Tax Consultation
We will provide written and verbal consultation and advisory services, regarding the perceived implications of the currently prevailed tax rules and regulations.

b. Annual Tax Returns
We will process and file taxpayer’s annual obligation of submitting Tax Returns, including Annual Corporate Income Tax Returns, and Annual Individual Income Tax Returns.

c. Limited Tax Reviews Services
We will conduct reviews on the client’s tax positions, practices and procedures, identify their related potential exposures and recommend alternatives to be taken in order minimize or those exposures.

d. Tax Verification / Audit
We will provide our full assistance during the Course of Tax Verification / Audit.

e. Tax Objection and Appeal
Upon the client’s request, we will prepare and file an objection letter to the Tax Office and or an appeal letter to the Tax Court.

PAYROLL SERVICES

a. Processing Payroll
- Process data for the Company on matters such as regular income (i.e. salaries, allowances, overtime pays, insurance premiums and benefits) and an irregular income (i.e. bonuses, THR);
- Process take-home pays after deductions (i.e. loans, taxes, cash advances, employee’s social welfare, security insurance, etc)
- Prepare summaries of monthly salary reports with detailed information (total of take-home pays less all deductions) as reflected in the report;
- Prepare tax documents such as Monthly Tax Return (SPM), Tax Payment Slip (SSP), other relevant supporting documents and File to the Tax Office. Calculate and pay to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

b. Monthly Salary Transfer (if needed) Prepare the required reports / documents for the salary transfer, such as payroll slips, journal reports and bank transfer reports. Transfer employees’ salaries to specified bank accounts.

CORPORATE SECRETARY

a. Company Incorporation We will assist the Company to liaise with the notary and process the followings:
- Deed of Establishment (Akta Pendirian)
- Approval Ministry of the Law and Human Right (MOHLR)
- Tax ID Number/Tax Registration Number
- Registering the Company in Online Single Submission (OSS), such as Business License/Izin Usaha (IU) and Location Permit
- Investment Coordinating Board/Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM) License

b. Investment Activities Report with BKPM (Laporan Kegiatan Penanaman Modal – LKPM)
- Preparing the LKPM Report;
- Submitting the LKPM Report to the OSS system.

c. Governance Support
- Board Support: Organize, schedule, and facilitate board meetings, including preparing agendas in consultation with the CEO or Chairman, and notifying board members.
- Annual General Meetings (AGM): Organize and administer AGMs, including preparation of necessary documents.
- Minute Taking: Record accurate and detailed minutes during board meetings and shareholder meetings, capturing decisions and actions;
- Shareholder Communication: Manage communications with shareholders regarding meetings and resolutions.

d. Record Keeping and Reporting
- Document Management: Manage and safeguard all corporate records, reports, and important documents.
- Audit Assistance: Coordinate with auditors to ensure that all necessary information is available for annual audits.

e. Legal and Contractual Support
- Review Agreements: Assist in reviewing contracts and agreements from a governance and compliance perspective.
- Legal Guidance: Provide advice on legal implications of corporate decisions and operations.

f. Statutory Compliance
- Regulatory Monitoring: Stay updated with changes in governance regulations and laws that affect the company.
- Filing of Returns: Prepare and file required statutory returns with relevant authorities, such as annual returns, changes in company structure or management, etc.
- Mandatory Manpower Report (Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan or “WLTK”): Prepare and submit of Mandatory Manpower Report including Welfare Report With the Manpower Service Office.

g. Advisory Services
- Board Advising: Advise the board on best practices in corporate governance and compliance with legal obligations.
- Corporate Planning: Assist in strategic planning and implementation of corporate governance practices.

COMPLIANCE SERVICES

a. Withholding Tax Reports (PPh 23 / PPh 4 (2) / PPh 26)
- Prepare, calculate and pay the Income Tax Article 23, 4(2) & 26 (if any).
- Prepare the related Monthly Tax Reports.
- File the related Monthly Tax Reports to the Tax Office.

b. Withholding Tax Reports (PPh 21)
- Prepare, calculate and pay the Income Tax Article 21 (non permanent employee).
- Prepare the related Monthly Tax Reports.
- File the related Monthly Tax Reports to Tax Office.

c. Monthly Value Added Tax (VAT) Reports
- Review Input Tax Invoices and Prepare Output Tax Invoices (Faktur Pajak).
- Prepare, calculate and pay the VAT.
- Prepare the related Monthly Tax Reports.

d. Monthly Instalment of Income Tax Article 25 or Final Income Tax Based on Government Regulation Number 23 (PP 23)
- Prepare the Tax Payment Slip (SSP) of Income Tax Article 25 or PP 23.
- File the Tax Payment Slip to the Tax Office.
